I'm on my second bottle and absolutely loving it. I stretched the first bottle over two months, and only took it Mondays to Fridays like I do with other supplements but I've realised that I need this one every day. It feels as if my energy and mental clarity just gets better when I drink it daily. I feel way more productive at work, especially on Mondays (LOL) and while I used to be really tired in the afternoons I now feel like I'm whizzing around the house tackling house tasks etc. In the red meat department the only things I really like to eat are biltong, minced beef and lamb - but we only have these over some weekends. I would really recommend this product to any person that is concerned with their iron levels. My daughter is 7 and battling to swallow the capsules, but when she is able to I'm definitely going to start giving it to her as well.
